Your equity is real money. Let's plan around it.

Equity compensation planning turns RSUs, stock options, and ESPP into a clear plan. Without one, grants can create tax surprises and leave too much of your net worth in one stock. I help you decide what to do with each grant.

What equity compensation planning covers

  • When to sell, hold, or exercise
  • Estimating taxes before each vest and exercise date, so April isn't a surprise
  • Reducing how much of your net worth rides on one company
  • Fitting your equity into your savings, home, and family goals
  • Working with your CPA so everyone is using the same numbers

Common questions

Are RSUs taxed when they vest?
Yes, as ordinary income. Your employer usually withholds a flat rate, which may not match your actual bracket. I estimate your real bill ahead of time.

Should I sell my company stock right away?
It depends on your goals, your taxes, and how much of your net worth is in one company. There's no universal answer, so I'd rather work through your numbers than guess.

Do you replace my CPA?
No. I plan around the taxes, and your CPA files them. I work with yours so nothing gets missed.

How it Starts

  1. Intro call. 15 minutes by phone or Zoom. We see if Vessel is a fit.
  2. Discover meeting. 60 minutes. We walk through your finances and what matters most. You leave knowing which option fits and exactly what it costs.
  3. You decide. Both meetings are free. Paid work begins only when you sign an agreement.
